Relaxing in front of the fire-place and enjoying a cup of tea " on the house " , we will give you all the information you need to sample the scenic,monumental-historical and gastronomic routes of the region. After tasting one of our hearty buffet breakfasts, you may visit the Ribeira Sacra and its monasteries, or in one day take a trip to celtic setlement, a Roman barracks, a visigothic church, a mozarabic chapel and a medieval tower. You may like to walk trough ancient Allariz, the jewish quarter of Ribadavia or the old part of Ourense town. Ideally round of the day having supper in one of the taverns or restaurants close to our house. Our guest rooms and facilities : 9 double centrally heated bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, antique furniture, telephone or internet in all the bedrooms, buffet breakfast, Credit card facilities. Our interior facilities: guest lounge,breakfast room, sun loggia, interior patio. Exterior facilities: swimming pool, tennis court, gardens, parking areaMusic: We could organise a dance course for you . If you like to play the piano, you are welcome. We have two, one in the guest lounge and another one in the corridor. You could have a party in our breakfast room.TV: You could follow 24 hours international news in Sky News.Books: We have our own library with plenty of books from Galician Literature, Spanish Literature or English LiteratureSports: You could enjoy our swimming pool in summer, play tennis in our tennis court or enjoyin a walk, riding a horse near by or just going to the Chavasqueira Spa, five minutes from us.Interests: Gill and Benito, the owners of the family house converted into a rural Hotel, are involved with culture in general. In the House, there is a permanent exhibition of Gill?s paintings along the corridor, the bedrooms and on deposit.Movies: We have TV?s in some rooms where you could either watch a DVD or films from Canal + Channel.BestFeatures: Some feutures of the house arquitecure are locally rooted in the country tradition: the Chimminey in the north facade, the solaina or sun loggia, the interior patio, the granery barns on the the state, the cross.Dreams: We would like to have a plce for special parties. We might go for it very soon.
